  • 30 minute phone consultation
  • Evaluate medical history
  • Evaluate your personal goals
  • Establish beginning physical measurements to chart progress

Personal Fitness Program Design

  • Exercise Guide designed specifically for your goals and level of fitness
  • Instructions on how to perform each exercise and why they were chosen for you
  • Exercise Journal

Your 7 weeks of support begins when your recieve your Personal Fitness Program Design, no later than 3 days after completing your Fitness Assessment.
